Prospect Show Schedule
7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Weigh-in Hogs (Barrows & Gilts)
10:00 a.m. Hog show will start Showmanship to follow
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Weigh-in Sheep (Wethers & Ewes) & Goats (Wethers only)
Sheep show starts immediately after hog show, followed by showmanship
Goat show immediately following sheep showmanship, followed by goat showmanship
VERNON COUNTY SHOW TO FOLLOW EACH RESPECTIVE SPECIES-all animals MUST be barrows
or wethers

GENERAL RULES
1. The show will be open to all youth
21 years of age and under.
2. Animals must be owned and entered under the name of the exhibitor.
3. All animals must be shown by the owner with the exception of multiple
entries per class.
4. All entries are accepted with the understanding that neither the show
management nor any officer, Person,
or organization shall be held responsible for any loss or injury that may
arise.
5. NO STRAW ALLOWED. Please use minimum bedding and clean area before
leaving.
6. Swine from negative Pseudorabies free state need no test. Others must
be tested negative for Pseudorabies
within 60 days prior to the show. Sheep must have scrabies tags &
be fungus free to show.
7. Classes will be broke by weight only in all species (NO breed classes)

Will be taking orders for them until May 19th. Very few will be
available the day of the show, so make sure
to pre-order yours today, order by e-mailing
dolynndilly@yahoo.com put in
subject line SSG T-shirt order,
can pick them up and pay for them at the show.
Specify Color: white shirt with black lettering or pale yellow shirt
with navy lettering.
